Eatons Hill State School Library

Library Makeover

Early in May, we were fortunate enough to be given some new shelving units.
Share the joy and amazement as order comes from seeming chaos!
Thanks to Jim and Jacob for organising the shelving and to Julie, Lola, Julia, Andrew, Joanne, Kathryn, Ian and Bill for all their help.

Download time: approximately 52 seconds over ISDN.

Day 1.  The beginning.

First old shelf emptied of non-fiction and new one filled.

The stack.

Who's that behind the units?

First old unit into the Reading Resources area.

Non-fiction almost done.

Day 2.  All non-fiction in place.

Reference's temporary home.

Day 3.  Half-way through the Teacher Reference.

The trolley jam at the Circulation Desk.

Is Fiction really, really going to stay looking like that?

Teacher Reference nearly finished.

Day 4.  Time to tackle Junior Fiction.

Looking south.  Games cupboard, Reference, display shelves, Fiction and finally Junior Fiction.
